The Children’s Developmental Services Agency (CDSA) in Elizabeth City is one of 16 early intervention centers in North Carolina working with local service providers to help families help their children succeed.
We serve children age zero to three with developmental delays or established conditions and their families. We conduct evaluations, assist with service provision and provide case management services in partnership with families and community providers. Services are provided within a child’s natural environment as a part of their everyday routines. No family is denied service due to the inability to pay and anyone can refer a child to the program.
The Elizabeth City CDSA catchment area includes the following counties: Dare, Currituck, Camden, Pasquotank, Perquimans, Chowan, Gates, Hertford, Washington, Tyrrell.
